We have blended together the vibrant Colombia Sofia, the smooth sweet Brazil Santos, the rich, spicy aged Old Brown Java, and the bright fruity beans of the Naturally Processed Ethiopia Sidamo.
The resulting balance is perfect: bold and rich, but also distinctive, sweet, and full of flavour. A great espresso blend for those who like that classic Italian flavour, and a fantastic all rounder for all brewing methods.
